2. Do you install mobility or security products?
While we currently do not offer direct installation services nationwide, we provide detailed installation guides and videos with most of our products. For some areas, we may be able to refer you to a local certified installer — feel free to contact us!
3. How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the product and your location, but typically range from 3–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking info once your order ships.
4. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on most orders over a certain amount (usually $75+). Some oversized items may have an additional handling fee, which will be clearly noted at checkout.
5. Can I return a product if it doesn’t work for me?
Absolutely. We offer a 30-day return window on most unused products in original packaging. Some medical or personal-use items may be non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. Please visit our Return Policy page for full details.
6. Are your security products compatible with Alexa or Google Home?
Many of our smart home security items are compatible with Alexa, Google Assistant, or both. Check the product description or contact us for compatibility details before purchase.

8. Is your store U.S.-based?
Yes, we are proudly U.S.-based and ship from multiple warehouses across the country. Our customer service team is also U.S.-based and here to assist you Monday through Friday.
